How we engage
01 · DISCOVERY
A short, no-fee conversation.
Forty-five minutes. We talk through the situation, what success looks like, and whether the firm is the right fit. If it isn't, we'll point you elsewhere.
02 · SCOPE
A written engagement plan.
Within a week: defined objectives, principal-led work plan, monthly retainer, and clear off-ramps. We don't price by the deliverable — we price by the engagement.
03 · ENGAGEMENT
Principal-led, end-to-end.
Alex is in every working session. There is no junior-staff bait-and-switch. Engagements run three months minimum and most extend to twelve.
